All competitors must have their 60 seconds posing music emailed to nbfibodybuilding@gmail.com in an MP3 format before the DEADLINE clearly stating your name and class. All music will be played when your are center stage. Please note no music is required if you’re competing in the following classes Men’s Physique, Bikini or Figure

Male Classes*
- Teenage Bodybuilding: (up to and including 19 years of age on the day of the National Championships)
- Junior Bodybuilding: (up to and including 23 years of age on the day of the National Championships)
- Novice: (please ensure you are eligible to compete as a novice in accordance with NBFI rules)
- Master Bodybuilding Over 40: (Athletes over the age of 40 are eligible for the Masters bodybuilding class)
- Grandmaster Bodybuilding Over 50: (Athletes over the age of 50 are eligible for the Masters bodybuilding class)
- Open Bodybuilding: (will be split into height classes if there are sufficient entries)
- Masters Men's Physique: (athletes over the age of 35 are eligible for this class)
- Junior Men’s Physique Junior: (up to and including 23 years of age on the day of the National Championships)
- Open Men’s Physique: (will be split into height classes if there are sufficient entries)
- Open Classic Bodybuilding: (will be split into height classes if there are sufficient entries)
Female Classes*
- Open Figure: (will be split into height classes if there are sufficient entries)
- Masters Figure: (athletes of age 40 years and over are eligible for this class)
- Open Bikini: (will be split into height classes if there are sufficient entries)
- Junior Bikini: (up to and including 23 years of age on the day of the National Championships) to 163cm: (up to and including 163)
- Bikini Masters: (athletes over the age of 35 are eligible for this class)
- Open Physique: (will be split into height classes if there are sufficient entries)
- Open Bodybuilding: (will be split into height classes if there are sufficient entries)

In consideration of your accepting this entry, I hereby intend to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, and waive and releases any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Natural Body Federation of Ireland (NBFI) and any sponsors, agents, representatives and assigns for any and all injuries and/or losses suffered by me as a result of my participation and/or attendance at the 2023 NBFI National Championships on the 24th September 2023.
